Need help on a tortilla recipe!?

i remeber making a tortilla recipe, i've planned on making it as an appetizer for new years eve. But i lost it. if you have any recipes please help! it had olives, green peppers, and some fancy cheese or something. it didnt have any ranch dressing, salsa, horseradish, or stuff like that. i think it also had cream cheese and sour cream or something. i am freaking out right now and need help! i've searched the web for the past 2 hours but couldnt find it!
