Purchasing cigars for all of the male guests, what kind do I buy?

I'm planning a surprise scotch/bourbon bday party for my fiance, and I'm purchasing cigars for all the male guests as party favors/something to smoke during. I want to get something that's mild, will go nicely with a variety of scotches, and won't make them SUPER drunk from smoking, but still a decent quality. I will have about a dozen males, so I'd like to keep it reasonably priced (~$50 for 12 cigars) is that too cheap?
