What are some rules in wrestling?

ok where having a thing called open mat its for wrestling but i take jujitsu but i want to go because my friend is a horrible wrestler didnt win a match last year but all the wrestlers say he could kill me in a wrestling match but i know i could destroy him so im going to this open mat to wrestle him and all our friends will be there but the problem is i take jujitsu right well if i use half the moves i know in jujitsu i would get penalized were keeping score so i dont know any wrestling rules or moves so i was wondering all the rules i can beat him but i dont wanna get disqualified and i have wrestling shoes i cant use ogoshi or any throws can i in wrestling what can i do that i know in judo any take downs or something please tell me moves sites rules what ever you can and quick!
