My cat has black spots on her tounge?

I haves female cat and she is about 5 years old. I recently noticed that she has black spits on her tounge and they didn't use to be there. I am wondering why she has them, and what dies it mean? Also, we just got a new kitten not to long ago who is also female. And not to be gross, but I noticed that my cat has been licking the kittens hole o_O if you have answers to these questions, that would be great!
