Places in new jersey to rent out?

For my birthday party I want to rent a place out for like a dance. The guests will be between 11-16 years old. Mostly between 12 - 15 years old. I can get a dj. But I want a place with like a disco ball and I can supply everyone with glow sticks but I don't want it to be too expensive. Maybe a club or a holiday in or something? Also it has to be in New Jersey.
