Xbox 360 awards and update?

I have a question or 2 about the awards and the november update. 1st, do you need to buy the game after september 2009 for the awards to work? for example, i bought mercenaries 2 b4 september, so do i sell it back and buy another copy to get awards? 2nd, how do i determine if i can get awards for a game? 3rd, i started the facebook/ myspace update on accident and stopped b4 it downloaded. now i can't get on xbox live. what can i do so i don't have 2 download the update abd still play on xbox live? 4th, where can i go to that shows all the awards for all of the xbox 360 games? and 5th, which is kind of off topic, what is the best free mouse app that allows u to use ur ipod touch as a mouse? thanks 4 answering my questions! bye!
