Will an ault stay on my permanent record in the state of PA?

I am 19 years old, long story short me and my girfriend were arguing and she is the type to cry hysterically, so a witness wants to be a as*hole and call 911 and say i hit her, so i get locked up and go to court no one shows not the witness or my girlfriend, i got another court date and the same thing no one shows, the judge told me the case has been withdrawn your free to go.. does this mean it is going to be on my record or it doesnt show up unless your guilty. Thanks for any info.
