CHRISTMAS MEAT...i need a recipe?

we have a FREAKIN HUGE bag of pre-made meat. i know there is some recipe for like "barbeque based" meat i just dont know the EXACT recipe. can anyone help me!!?!?! and its the ones you let simmer in a crock pot!
