okay so me and my friend are throwing a 21st birthday party together and decided to wear tutus!! lol i love the idea but i just dnt quite know how to put it together.i want something thats gunna look really cute but kinda y at the same time! i just dnt know what kind of shirt to wear ,shoes, or anything ahhaha help pleasee!! i need some styling advise!! pictures wld b great! thank uuu.
