Do we as a people need to give our collective heads a shake?

between various folks who shall go unmentioned saying that white folks are or have taken over the world or the white folks themselves (a race i'm actually sometimes sorry i'm a part of) laying claims that there are little language goblins out there ready to shoot us in the head if we dare notice that someone is............. black *GASP* (ducks and looks around) or any other colour for that matter. so i guess my question is this, should natural selection be reinstated so we could weed out these weaker links in our eveloutionary chain?
