Foot pain...what should I do?

I was just hoping somebody could maybe help me identify this problem..okay. I've woken up with some slight pain in my left foot and I've noticed some swelling too. It could be just because I've been running around all weekend and I walked all day at busch gardens yesterday, but I want to make sure. Please suggest what I should do, thanks!
