Is scottish gaelic actually being revived?

The Scottish Government ped the Gaelic Language ( Scotland) Act 2005 which amongst other things established the B�rd na G�idhlig Gaelic Board ) to monitor and ensure both the retention and development of the language . The BBC have produced some outstanding programmes in Gaelic including one called Europa which deals with current affairs in Europe . It is very much alive in the new Scotland .
