I have had my period for 12 days now, please help!?

I have had my period for 12 days now. The first 3-5 days it was just like my normal period but after that I have continued to have a light flow with clotting. This is so abnormal for me when it comes to having my period my body is like clockwork. I am 29 years old and not stressed. My tubes were tied so I thought I might have a tubal pregnancy. I have HMO insurance and every OBGYN has told me they don't take HMO insurance so I guess it off the the ER after work. Please help me. Thanks!
