What is the most conservative city around the Minneapolis / St. Paul area?

I may be moving there and heard there are areas of gays. I want to avoid these areas and live on a lake. I want to spend $500K - $750,000 for a home. MUST BE A GOP TOWN (since I enjoy family values and morals). Thank you,
