Is this a good weight loss goal?

I've been doing "The Eat Clean Diet" which consist of no processed foods; just fresh fruits, veggies, lean protein and complex carbs. My goal is 30 pounds by September 1st. Is this too much in a short amount of time? I've been doing this for 4 days now and have already lost 7 pounds..even though I can't tell. What is your opinion? Is this a good diet regimen? I'm also working out 5 days a week. thanks!
