Mozarts Fantasy in D?

I have been taking piano for 10 years using the Susuki method of teaching, but I really like Mozart's fantasy in D, and I was wondering how difficult it is to learn, play, and memorize... I am probably at a late intermediate level. Should I start the song? Wait a while? Any tips on how to learn it?
